What is the price based on?
Sites and features, never ports or traffic. Charging by the port would penalise you for measuring more of your own network.
Is it self-hosted?
Yes, always. It runs on your server, on your network, with your database, and the licence does not change that.
Can I try it on my own estate first?
That is the recommended way to start. Import your estate, measure alongside the monitoring you already run, and compare over a full billing cycle before anything depends on it. Enforcement stays off until you switch it on.
How do updates arrive?
As signed packages, verified before they are applied to your installation.
How do I get a price?
Request a quote with the number of sites you run and the features you need. Until list prices are published, every licence is quoted individually.
